Returns and refunds

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any returns as perfume bottles could have been opened or handled, Enamour cannot guarantee that it has not been contaminated, tampered with, or exposed to harmful substances. Perfumes are sensitive to light, heat, and air exposure. Even a short period after opening can alter the fragrance's formula and quality.

REFUNDS: Customers are offered samples, discovery sets, or detailed scent descriptions so they can make informed purchases before committing. This leads to that all fragrance purchases are final sale. Therefore, refunds are not offered.

This policy ensures that every bottle shipped is brand new, unused, and of the highest quality.
